Talking OG Xbox games to HDD without DVD??

    Hello epforums,
I have an original Xbox soft-modded using splinter cell, on EvoX. I have no games for it and have an .iso for halo 2, is it possible to put an Xbox .iso onto the HDD? All i have is a 1GB mem stick to load files. is it possible to ftp it? or do i need to split it up to fit on the drive? i also have no idea if the Ethernet cable i am using is compatible. (like a one way or something?) I will be getting DVD-Rs tomorrow, but id like to have it now and on the HDD. If theres any more info i need to provide please let me know

A Crossover Ethernet cable is easy way that is a direct connection between PC and Xbox

A standard Ethernet and rounter or Hub works also

A 1GB memstick to transfer files will take forever

Best to upgrade the HDD if it just has the orignal HDD installed in it still as that is only 8GB in size that can store much on it at all

DVD+R's are preferable media instead of DVD-R's though the first thing to go on xbox's are the DVD drive so best not to use DVD's at all

    Mod projects - XBOX
