Default Unable to establish connection for "http://d.emuparadise.me" download links

I've been trying to download the "Fate-Stay Night - Realta Nua (Japan)" ISO, and whenever I attempt to start the download, I receive the following error screen:
    http://gyazo.com/ae058244951dfd695dcf3257b60a5493
I first got this error using Firefox, but had the same issue with Chrome and Internet Explorer. I also tried to download some other ROMs and ISOs, but have received the same "unable to connect" issue. I seem to only be having this issue with downloads whose URLs start with "d.emuparadise.me", as I was able to download an art book without issue.
Is there anyway that this could be remedied?

Could you please help me debug the issue?

Open Command Prompt and type in:
    ping d.emuparadise.me

    What's the output?

    Also:
    tracert d.emuparadise.me

    What's the output?

There appears to be some connectivity issue between our server and your computer. This might be a temporary network issue but your answers to the above questions would definitely help!

If you want to get your downloads in the meantime, just replace the d with www in the URL and you should be able to get your file after adding a referrer exception (it'll prompt you and it's just needed once).
