    Default PCX2 Emulator Problems.

So hi guys, im having a problem trying to play games in my pc using ps2 emulator.
i tried all ps2 emulators for windows from this link but theres always a problem in everysingle 1.

    http://www.emuparadise.me/Sony_Plays...ors/Windows/41

the 1.0.0= wont finish proper installation and when it does complete i cant find the game i really wanted to play.

the 1.2.1 = doesnt need setup as all the files seems to be included in the downloads but theres one missing file mssch something. so i cant run the exe to check wther i can find the ios i wanna play or not.

the 0.9.8 - was installed properly but cant find the .ios file i wanna play.

i tried all of these emulators since its the ones indicated in the suggested emulator in the game i really wanna play.

    this one.

Are you sure you've already extracted the .ISO file from the archive? PCSX2 won't be able to find(or even run) the game if it still in the archive file.

Make sure to always use 1.2.1 (or higher) as it has more compatibility compared to the previous version. The error you mentioned is likely related to MSVCR or something, and probably didn't have Visual C++ installed or require an update.
Just download the latest version from here (and install it), and then try to run the emulator after that.

If you still having problem, please post a screenshot of the emulator and .ISO file.

http://buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2/index.php newest version of pcsx2 can be found here and its updated often.

digimon world 4...it should run with no major problems aside from sluggish frame rates but thats a given with ps2 games in general.

yeah, should run fine aside from the frame rate (which can affect the audio frame rate as well i don't remember how that might be fixable).

newest version of the emulator, plugins can pretty much all be left as they appear by default:

http://imgur.com/pVizIOG you may or may not have to adjust something in the video plugin settings but this game should work good enough. as for the BIOS files you'd need, i don't even remember where i got mine. but once you download the game, unzip (and unECM if needed) then click CDVD > Browse and choose where you unzipped the ISO then click system > boot CDVD (fast or full, doesn't really matter which) and it should start up and work fine.
