Where can I find this often referred, yet seemingly elusive, 0.37b5 MAME romset??

I just plain cannot seem to find this romset! Is it buried inside other sets, and I need to download the whole other set and dig it out? Googling just gives me super sketchy results, as well as only references to it's existence. I keep digging around Emuparadise, convinced it must be here... but I just cannot find it! Even torrent sites aren't giving me results!

I have been searching on and off for a week. Either my google-foo is way off, or I am missing something here on how to get it.

You will need to build the set yourself with the current romset and the rollback romset with the DAT and a rom manager like CLRMAMEPRO .
