Kirby Air Ride error

Recently ive downloaded Kirby Air Ride to find an error upon opening. Ive been using the same method ive been doing with other games to play them (super mario sunshine, super smash, etc). Not too long ago ive had extraction issues which could still be a problem with this game. Error.jpg
This message does not go away and im left with this untill i close it.
