Help extracting
I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this, but I downloaded Final Fantasy X International from here http://www.epforums.org/showthread.php?94833 and I'm can't figure out how to extract it when i open it in 7Zip all I get are the files that should be on the iso not the iso. I have never seen anything like this before.

maybe because what you link to isnt the game.its just a language mod that you add to the game.
you will need to download the game for this to work.
