Sega CD Burning Confusion

O.K. so I am pretty damn sure I downloaded it from here, but it's the EU game of Sonic CD for the Mega/Sega CD.
I am trying to burn a working disk for a EU Sega CD console (not an emulator I mean).

I have:
- A .cue file.
- track 01.bin.ecm (which is in a 7zip).
- Then a load of .ape files.

I would guess from previous experience with stuff then I need to unzip the .bin.em file and then use an UnECM tool (which I already have one of) for that ECM file, then I would be left with the files .cue and .bin (which I can then make an Iso out of with IMGBurn), so do I just leave the .ape files in the folder when I am doing all this or what?

If it was my own console then I would just try it and see what happen, but I am doing it for a non-internet friend and sending it to them as a favour so I want to try and make sure I am doing it as correctly as I can the first time around

Read my thread though it targets PSX the same applies to Sega CD just not the console parts or emulation parts as this is a different system
