Cant' get MAME light gun games to run

Using MAME 0.146 can't get Police Trainer, Point Blank, Chiller, or Crossbow to load. I have downloaded the MAMEBIOS.rar pack, still no luck. Also, Duck Hunt and Hogan's Alley run with the game in the bottom part of the screen and the green instruction screen at the top. Any way to get rid of the green instruction screen?Thank you in advance if anyone can help!! BTW can't get Bosconian to work either.

You can change the focus of screen in Hogan's Alley and Duck Hunt by going in video options by pressing TAB when in game.
