Scooby Doo: Night of 100 Frights (Wii Backup Problem)

I just got back into modding my Wii after a long break. I am able to boot up No100F, but it stays at the copyright screen.

Could this just be a bad iso, or is there some options I need to change?

I've tried using both USB Loader GX and Dios-Mios-Booter. I'm gonna try NeoGamma now.

update: When booting up from NeoGamma, it ends up saying "Fatal error apploader size is zero!"

What could I do to fix this? I installed DM for the USB HDD booting (which I'm doing), and everything seems to be in order, except for the game itself.

update2: tried to launch it from DMB again, and it just stays at the copyright screen.
