EP Premium Issue
hey guys can someone help me i payed for a month of EP Premium and now my downloads are going really slow without EP i was downloading like 500-600kb and now i got EP my downloads going 70-90kb whats going on?
im downloading from the gamecube section if that makes a difference.

I don't see why you would need to use a different browser (I assume you're using firefox atm)

yes and i have set the download settings to ftp when i choose http its even slower i dont know why its doing this i downloaded a game before i upgraded to EP Premium and it went full speed but since then there all going slow it doesnt make any sense.
i switched to chrome because im signed into dropbox on it so i can add the download to my dropbox and download it from there at full speed also i added a download manager to chrome.

I actually used premium yesterday (http) and had a couple of failed downloads, but they were just DS games (so very small size) and I tried again. Didn't take much notice of speed but pretty sure I was using all my bandwidth (which isn't even 200k).

I just tested the servers and they seem to be working ok. As your issue just cropped up suddenly it could be some sort of network congestion between our server and your system. Could you please tell me where you are located? (Country, State)
If possible, could you also check what link your browser captures for the download and paste it here? (you can do this by right clicking on the download in the Downloads window and clicking Copy URL)

Ok, I've looked into that particular server, everything seems to look alright and I'm able to get at least 1MB/s off it across the Atlantic so in the UK you should be getting much higher speeds. Are you still facing this issue? (I'm asking because it could have been a temporary network glitch)

I see. Could you please switch your download mode to FTP and try? I will be able to look into the issue better if you connect via FTP, just for debugging purposes.

It appears that there is a connectivity issue between our server and your IP. I've forwarded the issue to one of our network admins. Lets see what they say. In the meantime, (yes, 53kb/s is pathetic) you might actually get better speeds by switching your server preference to our North American servers. Could you please try that and let me know if it helps?
