Need help in opening file...

Can any helpful soul tell me how to open (.gme) files please?
They are playstation game saves files I got from www.gamefaqs.com

isn't there an option to open save states in epsxe?

If I remember correctly, .gme files are Derive files and they're memory cards as well... but you can get a save editor at www.ngemu.com and just open the .gme files and save them in another format.
