    Default Uploading ISOs

Sorry if I missed this somewhere, but I've looked through the FAQ and used search, but I can't seem to find how to upload ISOs/roms to the site. Could someone point me in the right direction for that information?

You can't upload games to the main site. Only the owner can do that.

    Spoiler warning:

Ok, thanks! I do have at least some PS2 titles that are missing from the site that I've ripped recently, so hopefully the owner will see this post and send me a PM.

Use filehosting , The main site is already full of every rom and iso you can get.
THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

Sorry, but isn't PMing the owner the only way to upload a ROM?

No you can do a community upload in the forums in the correct section using a file hosting site. But as stated anything you want uploaded to the mainsite you'd have to PM the owner (Masj)
