Wondering if TV Ware/TVWare iso would be usable offline these days, like a regular game.

Simply a collection title for some educational PS2 material, TV Ware does not require any extra gadgets to run.
Took a quick look at the Nihongo Daijiten TV Ware jap-dictionary. No frillsy animation or voices. Balls out dictionary, with dictionary magnification!
