Only 3 seeders atm, but it's still working so hopefully will only take another day or two.
Then I can move onto a 121GB torrent that only has about the same seeders

Well I do have quite a few TBs already. But then I also have hundreds of retail DVD and Blu-ray discs.

I think I have Advent Children on DVD...I probably got it cheap 'cos I really don't like it.
I'm pretty selective about anime type stuff tbh.

But its not anime type stuff, its CG

Advent Children Complete is WAY better than the original release, it actually kinda makes sense

I know it's CG. I didn't say it was anime but "anime type stuff"...I mean if it was made in the 70's or 80's it would be anime.
Have you seen Space Pirate Captain Harlock? The CG movie.

    Space Pirate Captain Harlock (2013).
I watched it a little while ago. BD rip iirc.
I never saw any of the earlier related stuff, I'm not big on manga/anime. But yeah it was ok.

The game made perfectly clear sense to me. I didn't need a movie to tie up the loose ends of a sub par, overrated video game story. I try not to cry about it but once or twice a year, but so many other games in the final fantasy universe more highly deserved sequels, spinoffs and remakes.

Cloud was a shallow robot with no history, ambition or any other reason to continue through the three short discs. Final fantasy 8 on the other hand had deep characters, complex histories, original cultures and a perfectly meshing world. No one aspect of the game went unexplained and no one character joined the battle unnesecarily. The only "true" reason that the game shouldn't have had continuations is because the story concluded satisfactorily.

I think I stumbled across the Captain Harlock movie when I was looking for the fairly recent Space Battleship Yamato movie with Japanese audio and English subs
