A smart man would tell me to get therapy to deal with what I assume is the root cause of my self confidence issues. Never told anyone about them IRL aside from my best chick friend in 9th grade and recently a childhood friend. I'm not sure if the the rape covers it but it's a traumatic sexually related occurance from people I trusted.
