That should be fine for your needs up to...
Nintendo GBA (VBA or one of the modded versions like VBA-M)
Nintendo SNES (ZSNES, SNES9X or one of the more up to date ones)
Sega CD/Mega CD and Sega 32X (Kega Fusion) [that is also the only emulator to handle Sega/Mega CD-32X games (that is one system that required both the CD and 32X hardware so not CD & 32X games but CD-32X games, there was only a small handful of games like that, so those may not interest you)]
    Sega Saturn (SSF)
Sony PSone (ePSXe or one of the lower end PSX emulators)

A little low for higher end emulation like Dreamcast, GameCube/Wii, PSP & PS2 though, saying that some versions of those emulators work ok on some lower end systems and some can take advantage of the extra cores so some games may still be playable

Myself I use an Xbox for most of those systems except for Saturn, though I use a PS2 to Xbox controller converter as I don't like the Xbox pads that much (just badly places buttons, namely the black and white ones)

Depending on the graphics chip set depends on what settings are needed in some of the plugin based emulators such as ePSXe and the higher end emulators, so software mode can be used in ePSXe for lower end chip sets, but some of the better internal graphics chip sets can handle plugins like OpenGL2 just fine but lower end good 3D chip sets (Nvidia or ATI) can use OpenGL or Direct 3D without issues, some of the built in chips are not that bad at all, the CPU/GPU chip sets tend to be rather good

P.S. that motherboard sounds like it does not have an actual graphics chip set at all, so possibly provided via the CPU, so out of interest what exact model is the CPU, then I should be able to shed some light on that.
