Emulation on Xbox

Can anyone explain how to add these emulators to my xbox, I have un leashed x and am working on downloading coin ops lite, I can transfer stuff through FTP but dont know where to transfer it to.

I have just modded my xbox and put this stuff on yesterday, all from youtube videos, however I have not had much luck as I have had to watch multipul people do these different things and all are using different programs.

Either the same place as your games F:\games or in apps

Before doing that though I stongly recommend you just go for XBMC as your dash instead unleash X that is as basic as it gets, XBMC (Xbox Media Centre) is much more user friendly and has tons of extra features, it also has a emulators folder for, you guessed it emulators and a programs folders instead of an apps folder that I would install avalaunch to that has faster FTP access aswell as more secure FTP access for installing xbox games to directly from ISO images

Basic FTP software to use is just FileZilla that is totally free, and for use with Avalaunch get yourself qwix

Myself I avoid Coinops and just get the emulators I want to use as most of the emulators for the xbox can not run everything anyway so you may want an alternative at times to run certain games, that and I don't like to be limiting myself and coinops is very limited to what it runs and what files it looks for ect..

how do I get rid of unleash x?
do I need to in order to install xbmc?
is it easy to add items to xbmc, I am new at this and dont really know what I am doing, just following steps

I tried and I cannot figgure out how to transfer xbmc over ftp and have the xbox reconize it, I also have only had luck adding games through coin ops, which I agree is not great, please help

I have tried n64 emulator, MednafenX-NES v15, installed the same method as coin ops and no luck

I use UnleashX on my Xbox too. You can create a separate listing for emulators or anything else you want, but for the time being just FTP them straight into F:\Games, then reboot and they'll show up under the games listing on the main menu.
