I completely expect Killzone ShadowFall, Assassin's Creed IV and maybe Battlefield 4 being the first retail games to hit PS+. Although, BF4 might not be that possible, depends on how well EA Access does on Xbox One? I'd have probably subscribed to that if Sony had allowed it to be honest.

EA was one of the most active companies in PS+. With EA access out I don't think we'll ever see any other EA game in Plus.
The games distributed by Square are also good candidates to be part of the service (TR, Thief..) in due time. And Knack too.

They aim for it, but they can't always get games following that criterion (was it 75% in Metacritic? I'm not sure).
Anyway, if PS+ contents aren't as good as they used to be is because the US and Euro service are both the same now and more similar to what the US one was. Which was way worse than our Euro service except for the random flash sales.
Basicly, Euro subscribers have now the US service except for the flash sales we lack. In addition to it, we still have our silly euro prices. Win win situation
