On the topic of Open carry I feel it should be regulated to a point. I recently knew a women who died of a heart attack when the police shot a dude in a walmart for carrying a BB gun around openly on his cell-phone(the person who called it in should be at blame, the call made it seem like he was carrying an assault rifle and pointing it at people).

I feel it should be fine on private property or shooting ranges/woods/parks(not child parks but ones where adults would gather for stuff) ect. I see no point in being allowed to walk around stores and restaurants with a gun on you unless you are security or the police.
