I have never used an iso before and i really wanna play the sims

My brother told me to download Daemon tools light to run The Sims castaway stories game I downloaded so I did and it let me install it but when I try to play it a User Account Control box pops up and asks me if I want to allow the following program to make changes to my computer I click yes and the box goes away then it loads for a second then nothing else happens. :/ please help! '
