Event Pokémon
Does anyone here know any legit way to get a legendary Pokémon from third generation such as Jirachi or Deoxys? I know that you're supposed to get them by some kind of event, but I also heard that there are other legit ways to get these Pokémon, or to get the event items such as Mystic Ticket or Old Sea Map. If anyone knows please post here. And I was thinking of real Gameboy Advance, not an emulator.

Probably a better place to ask, but uh. Far as I know, the answer is no. You can only get event pokes through events. Pokesav and pokebank are capable of getting you legit statted anything so probably check that.
Maybe try the GTS, they trade hacked pokes all the time on there.

If you're talking specifically about in the GBA games, then the only way you're going to be able to get event pokemon nowadays is by using a gameshark/action replay type cheat device, as they aren't holding events for those games anymore.

Jirachi is the only event Pokemon you can still get, but you require a Pokemon Colosseum Bonus Disk that came with a pre-order of Colosseum. It might take some tracking down, but that one is still possible.
