ah, slam tilt, and any pinball game by digital illusions and the amiga line. (tbh, it my only love. all other tech is a distraction til i get hold of an ATI/ppc mcu 680068/80 with fpu, and i'm back in biz!)
    pinball mania is another cracker.
    damn!
i miss the a1200 pinball tournaments i used to hold at home, prizes for the highest score was to get the 'highest' and STILL try to game on. :p
yes, i was the loser, but it was all in great fun.
nice post, though i had to juice it down a bit, nearly took my head off...

The Spectrum was my favourite computer of the 80's. I don't have one any more, but still play the games on Spectaculator, usually Manic Miner hacks, there are some very good challenging hacks, well worth a look.

Indeed, I prefer the Colin McRae games better than the DiRT series!

I have a PAL TurboGrafx and Everdrive. Only problem is it runs at 50hz which is slower than the 60hz NTSC version. Some really good games for an 8 bit machine, Pacland is one of my favourite arcade conversions on the system.
