Okay guys so I'm thinking of getting an R4 3DS and I wanted to ask. Is there somewhere where I can download 3DS roms for real? Like without it being a virus .exe or a survey download website? Thank you.

P.S. My main concern is Pokemon X and Kingdom Hearts 3D. Links to those would be much appreciated, thanks.
