So, I started a bodybuilding program. First day, I wasn't paying attention and did a lot more work than I needed to. Two extra sets of both Overhead Press and Stiff-Leg Dead Lifts. Man, that's fucking hard shit, dude.

Anyway, now that I'm paying attention to how many sets I'm actually supposed to do, I'm gonna be fuckin' JACKED in ~5 months.

That's the best thing about being a lifting noob; you see gains just by being in the gym. Start the gym with a program that's designed to get you what you want and watch yourself explode in gains.
