Heart of Darkness is buggy!

Hello,
I have an Inspiron 15z 5523 i7 laptop with 2 GB nVIDIA co-processor.

I cannot play this game on ePSXe any version. The game runs but when I move the character, I only hear sounds but I see the character is still standing at the start point.

When I try it on PSX fin , it works fine.

What causes this issue with ePSXe?
