    Angry Iso problem (extracting Silent Hill 4)

    before i even ask i dont wanna get banned by administraitors i was on another site and i guess they were scared or something i need help on how to make this iso play

    You are not being very informative to your problem but from the screenshot, you extracted the iso contents instead of leaving the iso as is.
    THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
    If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

    Those are the contents inside the .ISO file, which I assume you might have accidentally extracted it by mistaking it as an archive file(winrar/7zip icon).

    Go back to the previous file(from where you have extracted all the files ^), and check its properties, see if the file type is .ISO

    Ah, don't worry about that, just follow the rules here and the administraitors will be nice to you.

    Seriously though, as Gobby & mega have said you've extracted the contents of the image itself. Whatever archive prog you're using is probably associated with .iso files so change that (happens with winrar users a lot).
    I suggest you use 7zip anyway, it has much better compatibility and it's totally free.
