Default Help with PCS2X running games' ISO

Hello. I'm having a problem when I try to run Dark Cloud (Europe) PS2 iso image. I'm not sure if the problem is with bios or the iso image. I'm definitely sure that I've installed everything correctly.
I followed this tutorial on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VX3dyGkb55E
I also used tutorials on here to ensure that I've installed everything that is required.

    More inforamtion:
    I'm using Macbook - Mac OS X version 10.9.2
I installed xQuartz version 2.7.6, PCSx2 version 0.9.6, CG framework, playstation 2 BIOS, playstation 2 dark cloud ISO image.

When I load the iso image, I get a black screen, it stays for few seconds and then it closes. However, xquartz is still running and then nothing happens.
    I also get this:

P.S. I'm new at this and I'm not quite sure that I'm doing the right thing here. What I'm trying to do is play playstation 2 games on my macbook. Am I doing good so far by using pcsx2 for this purpose?
Oh and I think I've configured the BIOS correctly since when I click 'execute' it shows me PS2 home screen.
