Just get a psp, Jk, Well, I had a EXTREMELY shitty HP Pavilion Entertainment PC with only 960 MB of Ram, dual core and 951 Megahertz, and it was Windows XP, I got a PSP Emulator for it and it ran perfectly, so I would say thats the minimum requirements.

No seriously, get a PSP. Don't worry about compatibility problems ever.

Yups and they are so easy to make them able to play PSP and PSX downloaded games, as a bonus you can get emulators of other systems running on them, plus a couple of options to play on bigger screens either via USB or via a TV out cable.

I have an hpdv3 entertainment machine with:

    Core2duo 2.3
    4gb ram
    Win7 ultimate
    Nvidia 105m
And touch screen which ppsspp supports

Got it for 180 albeit used

Can run it just fine even when running at 2-4 time native resolution and other enhancements. Depends on the game though and I've only tested a few.
