MHP3rd Online Guild Issues

Tryna play MHp3rd and when i try to enter the guild hall or any type of online hall, i will get a message saying that a connection error has occured. It doesn't even show me any of the halls to join, It just send me back to the guild hall entrance. My friend who I am also trying to play with has a problem as well. When he is at the entrance for the guild hall, the option to enter the online guild hall isn't even available as if the option never even existed. Help is appreciated and Thanks In advance.

Please try and use full game names (though I can guess what game you are talking about) the system you are trying the game on and the emulator used and settings used to do what you are trying to do.

Monster Hunter Portable 3rd HD English patch
I'm trying this on the Latest PPSSPP emulatore my specs are:

Core i5 3350p 3.1ghz
Gpu: Asus hd 7790 1gb oc edition
2x4 G.skill ripjaws 8gb Ram
Windows 8.1 Pro x64





These are the system settings on PPSSPP i have on and i am trying to go onto the online guild to play with friends, and I'm getting a connection error whenever i attempt to.
