They are legit. It's for people that didn't get an installation disc with their pc but have a legitimate key.
Very handy for situations like HDD failure.

I've used Professional & Home Premium 64bit versions from that download list. They worked fine.
Although that was last year.

Yeah I have no idea what's wrong with the downloads I did, I got the 64bit Home premium. I'm just waiting for the lady now so I can get the disc.
