Honestly, I avoided sync as long as I could. Because old school. But ever since I've started using I realize it's a major convenience. It's one of those things that when you use it once you start to wonder how you could live without it before.

I have a quick boot option on my bios so I never notice this things... If it doesn't work I just restart and force boot to whatever I want.
