I don't bother with backups myself. Just copy all of my downloaded/important files onto external HDD's and make a copy of my bookmarks for Firefox.

Once it copies the files to your Hard drive you have to boot from hard drive not the disc.

Hmm, well I didn't get any options for booting from Hard Drive. As soon as it restarted, BOOM went to the disc. Do I need to eject it?
