So, I found an ancient monitor that I used to use for my old computer in our storage shed. And since my mom wanted to take the TV I was using to put into our 2nd living room, I decided to use it. It. Feels. So. Damned. Weird. Frame rate is better than the TV though.

The TV was an LCD and the monitor is a CRT, correct?

It's basically a habit, yo. But yeah, the refresh rate is so amazing. I still need to play a game on it, but I'm busy trying to find someone to make a couple YouTube intros.

Well just played BF3 on Max Settings on this PC, and no frame rate issues at all. I seriously love using this monitor, why didn't I do this sooner?

You mean refresh rate, but I'll let it pass.

GOD I AM THE HAPPIEST MAN ALIVE.

Last night, Lydia and I went to a Yann Tiersen concert. Her first show and my first time seeing such an amazing performance. I wonder if Skinner8 has ever seen him live. I wonder this because Skinner is who actually revealed the world of YT to me.

CRT monitors are amazing tbh. Only reasons not to use them are power consumption and bulk/weight. The last one I had was 19" and you could see the desk physically buckle beneath it.
