I just use an old dell that I picked up for a dollar at some resale store. Like I said, the only difference is in color. Although it is USB, this thing was made to last just like yours.

I might get a nice fancy black one to match sometime, but I'll keep this one as a back it. It got me through my uni days

I don't see anything wrong with it. Its nearly identical to mine, but a different color. How much have keyboards changed in the last ten years? Not much to be honest. As a matter of fact, you will pay a premium to get yourself a mechanical keyboard which have been outdated for longer yet!

There are huge gaping differences with non-mechanical ones. Depends greatly on what you have. Almost any keyboard will get the job done but some are really annoying to use (new dell ones at the public library here for instance are unbearable).

Yeah, the only times I've ever upgraded a keyboard were for a full sized one (iMac) and because my current PC doesn't have a PS/2 port. Otherwise why bother if it's working?

Thats funny, I love the new dells.
"New" to me refers to the last five years since I haven't used a public keyboard since uni.
