Question Final Fantasy IV battle transitions (PPSSPP v0.9.8)

So, I recently got Final Fantasy IV - Complete Collection on PPSSPP v0.9.8 and I have been having a problem which is really bugging me. Every time I go into a battle, instead of the transition being the pixelated stuff you usually get, it just goes black screen (with the two swoosh noises) and then it proceeds into battle. I've tried to fix this and look for solutions online, but so far, nothing. Does anyone know if there's a fix for this? Also, does KH: Birth by Sleep run at full speed on it?

So far no, there is no fix, try the latest builds here, http://buildbot.orphis.net/ppsspp/

Sometimes it shows the transition , sometimes it don't.
THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

Hmm. I tried it but it didn't work. Maybe we should wait until a new version comes out and fixes it.
