Yeah, it is an exclusive to the PS4. There's an article on destructoid talking about how Sony approached FROM back in 2012, and have been working with them closely on it with early dev kits.
The game should be pretty far along I would assume. I'm hoping this is an early 2015 release.

Besides, it'll get lost in the HO really soon anyway. PS4 confirmation at the end of the video, and it's still an alpha build of the game since the trailer still calls it Beast, and that's obviously not it's name now. Still, I'm really liking what I'm seeing - it appears to be faster, and it looks like they've done away with magic, which I am totally fine with. I'd prefer this game to be more equipment focused anyway, and that blade that extends towards the end is just nice.

By the time this comes out, I think it's safe to say there will be more than a few games that you'd find worth playing. Some of them will probably be dirt cheap (Infamous) by then as well. I would expect this game to hit around October 2015 - I'd like it sooner, but I don't think that will be the case. Given that time frame if all goes well there will be some other very big heavy hitters available as well.... Witcher 3, Phantom Pain, LBP3, etc.

IKR, I can't wait for this game. And knowing it's an exclusive just makes it so much sweeter. Better start saving some cash for that PS4

However, the site I pulled that video from was quick to confirm that build of the game is super old, and I almost wouldn't be surprised if that was a pseudo PS3 version.
