Cwcheat has been implemented into PPSSPP, but not all games work though. Look on the related section for codes, or request.

Also, chances of crash/savedata corrupt is very high.

i just stumbled upon this my self
and the answer is (assuming that you passed making your ini with cheats) all you need to do is to press "ESC" (default ppsspp button) button while game is active,it will activate "pause menu" that is where "cheats" are.
stupid "pause menu.."
cheat for Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep - Final Mix (Undub v 1.3)
TO have JPN voices in game, since ppsspp can't handle patches.
