Not sure if this applies to SD cards, but for USB flash drives it's pretty easy. First thing you need is a program like Wii Backup Manager (found
here) to properly load your games onto your USB drive. Install the program, then with the USB drive plugged in, click the Drive 1 tab and select the USB drives letter from the dropdown list near the tab. Then, click the Files tab, then just below hat click Add > Files and select the .iso/.wbfs etc files. Finally, click Transfer > Drive 1 and it should stick the games where they need to be.
Now with that out of the way, you need a loader on your Wii to actually load the games. My personal favorite loader is Wiiflow, and an installation guide for that can be found here;

As it states, once you've got it installed and running it'll probably say something along the lines of "no games found, select partition"; this is where you select your USB stick, and at that point it "should" pop up with your games. If you run into any particular issues feel free to post here for help
That is super unusual; Wii games generally
are in the gigabytes range. If you happen to have any of those tiny file links I can try and figure out what they're supposed to be.
No worries, that's exactly what these support forums are designed for :p
