Did you rename your .iso file? I think it should be named "v-badass.iso".

Okay so here I am weeks later. I tried using the dump fixer thing and it still didn't work. I renamed the iso and everything and still nothing. So I here that it's just a bad file. Is it possible to make a better iso rip? I mean if I had this umd in my hand and just made a copy from my own psp, it's be fine right? Is there anywhere online where I can find a copy like that? A copy that isn't this apparently notorious bad dump? I really want to play this game! Why does emuparadise host such a bad copy?

Yeah, the bad dump was created using outdated methods. Just dumping the UMD with decent software will make a clean/correct .iso.

Is there anywhere online where I can find a copy like that? A copy that isn't this apparently notorious bad dump? I really want to play this game!

Although you do need Jdownloader for my stuff, and my stuff sorta needs to be 'fixed' too. But it's an entirely different process, which should be easier If you have problems figuring that out you can check my sig for basic instructions, and ask any questions you may need.

Because scene releases are the standard. Sure there are some issues, but they're documented at least, and there's a huge amount goodness
