Default Just a Quick Question about Burning

I downloaded Sakura Taisen (J) for the Dreamcast from this site, and upon extracting everything, I came upon these files...

Sakura Taisen V1.010... GDI file 1KB

    Track01.bin... 690kb

    Track02.raw... 1,696kb

    Track03.bin... 1,157,970kb

I'm not sure which one I'm supposed to burn onto the CD.

    None.

You have downloaded a GD-Rom image (GigaByte Disc Rom), not a CD-Rom image (Compact Disc Rom) GD-Rom images can't be burned to CD, it's mostly just for emulation use (besides the image is over 1GB and no ammount of over burning enables 1GB of data to fit a CD not even a 99min CD)

P.S. there are such things as GD-R discs but these are very very rare and the hardware to burn onto that media is even harder to get hold of, that and you still require the official GD-Rom of the GD-R boot disc

You want a CD Rip of it if you want to burn it and play on a real Dreamcast.

I have not looked into creating a rip of that myself so I don't even know if it is possible to even do that with this game with the methods I know of, it depends on what data is there for each disc and how it is stored.
