Agreed. After this Metal Gear I want him to get on something else. Phantom Pain really needs to be the last one - his new office can remake the original 2 games and that's cool, but he needs to get to some other projects.

And I think you're right about the gun to his head theory - he was supposed to quit making MGS games after 3. Then he made 4, and supposedly quit..... but then made Peace Walker

I stopped for like 4 weeks and then realized I was drowning in a back log from currently airing shit so knocked it down a good bit while at the new house without net.

I just get burnt out too easily. I only religiously follow three series. Log Horizon, Golden Time, and Pilot's Love Song.

Yup, he does. And I know right? I've been trying to myself, in fact I might record some tomorrow.

Yes, I'm a git, but for goodness' sake, it's WalMart. So glad they don't have a foothold here in the Netherlands.
    I just started.

Well, I'm glad today was a good day. But, as it turns out. I might be dressing up as the Easter Bunny for an Easter thingy at work. 'Cause I'm the perfect size. UGH.

I still like it, I think it's a great game, but it isn't my favorite.
Yeah that was another problem I had with it. It doesn't flow as well as the previous games. I suspect Kojima probably had an "Oh shit" moment around the halfway point where it hammered home that this was meant to be his last MGS game and tie up the storyline, so after that he just kind of had to throw everything else together and hope it worked.
