Default No idea what I'm doing need help

Back when I first came here I could always get an iso or cue file to play ps2 games, but recently this is what I get after I extract the rar files for a game I wanna play

I was hoping someone could explain to me what I need to do to play these.

If this isn't where I was supposed to post this issue I apologize but I honestly have no idea what to do.

    Hello,

It seems someone dragged and dropped all the data directly from the game disc. (These files are what you see when you examine a PS2 iso or cue/bin). To correct this you will have to make an iso image yourself. I suggest putting all these files in a folder and using imgburn to create an iso from the folder and then you can burn the game as normal.

You've extracted the image file itself. Don't associate .iso files to the program you use to extract files. Go into it's settings and uncheck that option. Then try to extract again the compressed files you downloaded, you should get your image file.

As you can see, the file on the first image is already an .iso file (even though it marked as Winrar archive), so you don't have to extract it. Just load it on directly on PCSX2(if you're using emulator), or burn it to disc(if playing on modded PS2).

Second image is the content inside the .iso file itself.
    vc3 released.

7-zip is much cooler for doing this

winrar is worth keeping as well though it has it's uses still

So if you have problems extracting again try out www.7-zip.org that will extract the iso file and not it's contents

Best way to use it is just to right click on the archive and hit extract here instead of opening the archive first

P.S. Welcome to epforums hopes you enjoy your stay
