I'm having the same problem, apparently you can't extract it, since it says that the download was incomplete, it's missing some "rars".

My pc called it a CRC error, and told me the file was corrupted, although it happens to me with every single psp game, please help.

Use a download manager to ensure all your downloads download without error

Always extract from the first file be an rar file or a 001 file, also use www.7-zip.org to extract with, right click on the first file and hit extract here, do not open the archive.
