    bunch of extra classes, missions and better graphics , and I read the Retail Disc PC version is DRM free

    I don't try and compare the two. I used to play Dota on Warcraft III, have watched a few Dota II games at a friends beckoning, and play League semi-frequently. To me they are very different than each other, but they are also alike in the fact that if you play one, you probably don't play the other. I simply play League because I am used to League, and know more people that play it.
