    That's one of the highest download speeds I've seen in some time, and upload speed for that matter, but that ping is usually is around the 8ms mark.

    Yeah, that connection is supposedly in the 1%. It's damn fast, that's for sure...Though there are a couple different campuses in my area. I'm sure none of their connections can match that. They're mostly private colleges and satellite campuses for the bigger Universities.
