I was doing great until tonight, actually. Fucking landlord just showed up and told me that I've got two weeks to move myself and my disabled mom out because he wants to sell this place. Suffice it to say that I'm a little pissed off right now.

There are laws to protect people. IIRC (from TV shows ) you should have something like no less than 90 days. I would call the cops and claim harassment or unlawful eviction, etc. THey could clear up your rights.
