[pcsx2 1.0.0] Having trouble to play some games

I wanted to play some games like Haunting Ground and Silent Hill 2.
The problem is that in Haunting Ground the voice of characters in cutscenes happens before the animation showing they speaking, some objects are much brighter than others and when the software mode is on it turns everything into a bright blur.
All 3D animated Games have a low FPS.
I wanted a way to play Haunting Ground without these problems with audio and bright objects and turn FPS up in Silent Hill.
Please give me some ways to fix this, the correct config to play in a low settings PC.

about the emulator settings i thinks its all on Default.

go to emulation settings,then go to GS configuration,and incrase your turbo (from 200 to 500 for example)
