    I didn't even know the Shat was involved until I started watching. He only narrates, and even then it's not much.
    There was a little bit about eastern countries, but the focus was on the US's progress in the 40's-50's-60's.

    It should really have a bit of stuff about Britain and Germany. The Russians didn't get interested until the end of the euro war when they were gathering up tech/intel/personnel (which the Americans did too obviously, hence their space program as a notable example).

    Shatner narration is cool. I remember watching boring docos when I was a kid but they seemed cool 'cos Nimoy was involved
