OMG. I need help!!!!! (EPSXE Cheats)

Hey everyone. I have the EPSXE 1.9.0, and I have tried everything to get these cheat codes to work. PEC doesn't work, and I have downloaded every possible Gameshark ISO there is, and nothing. I am playing Resident Evil 2 with Claire, and I am sorry but playing without the Gatling Gun, just isn't playing. Lol. I am not trying to anything special. I just want infinite health and a Gatling Gun. I mean really, I don't think I am asking too much. If someone could please help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you SOOO much. I have tried signing up for NGEMU's forums but it will not let me. IDK what's going on, but I am about ready to pull out all of my hair. I have also notices that people replying to people on NGEMU are very rude. People are frustrated, and put that in their posts, and the people on there are like could you be nicer. I am sorry, but if they have been working on this for 12+ hours like I have, they wouldnt be the nicest people. However, if someone could please lend a hand it would be very much so appreciated. PEC works just fine sounds like the codes are for the wrong version of Resi 2 if they are just not working with anything

I can't give you codes if I don't know what version and region copy of Resi 2 you are playing
