Does anyone knows where I can download saint seiya ultimate Cosmos rom for android psp emulator, working roms only please feel free to send a link or anything that can help me thanks.

Do you mean: Saint Seiya Omega: Ultimate Cosmo ?
Looking on gamefaqs there only seem to be Japanese and Asian releases.
I guess the Japanese version would be the easiest to find, but less likely to have much in the way of English.
